Pork Adobo

I followed BenjiMantv's video to make Pork Adobo (Filipino recipe). I've been wanting to try adobo forever but didn't think I would ever get the chance. Everyone enjoyed it and I think I'll want to try it again with chicken.

Maybe one day I'll try authentic Pork Adobo but until then I'll make it myself.
